AREA generally welcome the proposal for a revision of the F-Gas Regulation, which includes a number of suggestions that have the potential of substantially reducing emissions of fluorinated greenhouse gases (f-gases). However, we feel other suggestions may be inadequate or disproportionate, whilst additional provisions would further contribute to achieving the objectives of the proposal. With this position AREA wishes to provide detailed comments on the issues that are relevant to the RACHP contracting sector.
