AREA, in partnership with World Refrigeration Day, is proud to announce the fourth edition of the European Rising Stars Video Competition, spotlighting excellence and innovation among young professionals and women in the refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump (RACHP) sector.
Two Categories, One Mission
This year’s competition invites participants to showcase best practices in two distinct categories:
- Category A – RACHP Youth Best Practice: Open to individuals under 25, this category focuses on hands-on skills in handling refrigeration, air conditioning, or heat pump systems.
Category B – RACHP Women in Cooling: Open to women of any age, this category celebrates design and application excellence.
How to Enter
- Create a video (maximum 10 minutes) clearly explaining and demonstrating your chosen activity.
- Submit your entry privately via the AREA RACHP Facebook page or by email to info@area-eur.be.
- Deadline: Sunday, 26th April 2026, midnight.
Languages: All European languages are welcome.
Prizes and Recognition
Winners in each category will receive:
- 1st Place: €1,000 cheque from World Refrigeration Day, a commemorative trophy, and travel/accommodation to attend the AREA General Assembly in Madrid on 22nd May 2026 (sponsored by AREA members ATF, CNI, and AEFYT).
2nd and 3rd Place: Commemorative trophies, awarded at special events to maximise visibility and recognition.
